I have been trying a lot of what you have suggested the past few weeks and am beginning to notice a difference. Sleeping a bit better and definitely not as many hot flushes.
I really enjoy Denise’s class. The exercises are really easy to follow & really work out the arms, bum & tum, leading to a sleeker me with better posture.
I have found for the first time in ages, that my menopausal muffin top is at last going down. 4lbs in 2two weeks.
Surprised myself by getting up before work to fit a workout in & I am LOVING IT. Great, feeling stronger already.
Denise is a fantastic teacher with easy-to-follow instructions.
